Service

Emily is a software service that reads job applications you direct to it, screens them, communicates with candidates on your behalf, conducts screening interviews with their consent, and records the results. You are the employer or its agent and remain responsible for hiring decisions and for compliance with employment law in your jurisdictions.

Your obligations

Post only roles you are hiring for. Provide truthful role information. Obtain any notices or audits your jurisdiction requires before using automated tools on candidates. Do not use the service to discriminate on a protected basis.

Subscriptions

Plans bill monthly per company via Stripe. Trials convert only when you choose a plan. You may cancel from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Usage beyond included allowances is billed at the rates shown on the pricing page.

Data

You own your candidates' data and your records. We process it to provide the service. You may export or delete it at any time. Model providers process content to generate screens, plans and evaluations under enterprise terms that prohibit training on your data.

Limits

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
