Self Storage Store Manager
All roles at Drive-Up StorageDrive-Up Storage is hiring a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of one storage facility. This is an on-site role: you are the person customers meet at the counter, on the phone and out on the property.
What the job looks like day to day: renting units to walk-in and phone customers and explaining rates, lease terms and insurance options clearly; taking payments and keeping the money and paperwork accurate; making collection calls on past-due accounts and managing the lien and auction process on delinquent units; walking the property to check locks, note vacancies, flag maintenance issues and keep the site clean and secure; opening and closing the office and gate; and keeping unit and customer records current in the management software (we use SiteLink).
What success looks like after six months: occupancy and rental income are steady or growing, delinquencies are worked down, the daily cash and deposit reconcile without exceptions, the property looks clean and the walk-through records are up to date, and customers get straight answers without being sold something they do not need.
What we need from you: someone who shows up, works independently without a supervisor in the building, handles customer money and keys honestly, and is easy to talk to at the counter and on a collection call.
Pay is $20-25 per hour, depending on experience. The exact schedule and location will be confirmed on the screening call.

- Experience handling payments and reconciling cash or card transactions accurately
- Comfortable working alone on-site and managing the day without direct supervision
